INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large Roma tomatoes, deseeded and diced
- 1 cucumber, deseeded and diced
- 1 large red onion, diced
- ½ tsp chat masala
- 1 lime, juiced
- Pinch of salt
METHOD:
- Toss in gredients together.
- In a large bowl, toss tomatoes, cucumber, finely dice onion, lime juice and chat masala until well mixed.
- Season to taste with a pinch of salt.
- Transfer kachumba into serving dish and serve cool or at room temperature.
