INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup pure cream
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 double shots (125ml) hot espresso coffee
- NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE Cocoa, sifted, to serve
- Select all ingredients
DIRECTIONS:
- Beat cream to soft peaks.
- Pour boiling water into 2 x 1-cup-capacity heatproof glasses. Pour over coffee. Spoon over cream. Dust with cocoa.
